Are they oily?

No, our garlands are not oily like many others. They feel like dry plastic/rubber to the touch.

Do they smell weird?

Unlike many garlands out there (especially ones on Amazon) our garlands do not smell like toxic chemicals or waxy baby oil. Our garlands go through a thorough cleaning process after they are produced to get rid of any odors from the plastic. So they have no smell at all.

Do they look fake?

No, on the contrary our garlands are more realistic than 90% of other garlands out there. We did a survey on 500 of our customers who buy year after year, asking them many questions, one of which was about the quality and realistic-ness of our garlands. Approximately 92% of our customers said that garlands they bought from Holly Pines were more realistic than any other garland they had ever bought.

I have now purchased these sets twice. Last year for the office and this year for the home decor. I love the real feel and how there's so much opportunity to shape it! Double them or use just one strand. Add sprays and picks and enjoy! There's no prickly irritants as you make your way down your stairs. Woot! Probably not done purchasing these.

Wow! Definitely amazing. It looks so real. I got a pack of 5 and I can not wait to start with my indoor christmas decor. It's perfect size, very beautiful green and the texture feels amazing.
